UP. KRIYA YOGA IS A WAY. IT IS NOT A YOGIC PRACTICE OF BODY CONTORTIONS AND SPANDEX.
KRIYA YOGA IS A SPIRITUAL TECHNIQUE TO BUILD THE LIGHT BODY THE LIKENESS OF GOD. KRIYA YOGA IS NOT DIFFICULT; IT
INCORPORATES A BREATHING TECHNIQUE WHICH PROPERLY OXYGENATES THE BODY, AND LEADS TO A MEDITATIVE STATE.
I met Swami Aliyananda in September 2007 on a Kriya Yoga course. I was interested in Kriya Yoga from the Autobiography of a Yogi,
by Paramahansa Yogananda. The difference it has made to my meditation is enormous. It helps me quiet the mind, ready for
meditation. I also have found that my body is more oxygenated which has helped a lot with Physical exercise. I highly
recommend this for people who meditate or beginners who want to learn to meditate. - Lizanne Christopher
