Great day yesterday.  Was so tired, slept like a baby, that's the meditation and the work... During the meditation when we were expanding our auras... I was aware of my main guide behind and to the right... just been told he's here now!! lol.. it is getting clearer WOW.  Thing is though... it never crossed my mind to communicate!!  It was like getting used to experiencing him being there I suppose... Thanks again.

Thank you Deb, its lovely.  Had such a wonderful weekend really enjoyed seeing everyone on sat and yesterday was fascinating, its really opened my eyes and made me want to learn more.  Do you have any ideas for books it might be interesting for me to read? and do you have that mantra you talked about during the session which helps with protection?  I think it would help make me feel safe.  I listened to what you said tho about not trying to do things on our own so I'm going to look into a regular group that I can attend nearby to me.  I have also been thinking about the advice that came out during the readings yesterday about the need to slow down!!
